You can reset your password using the Netscape Dialer.

Click I Lost My Password. |

Enter your Screen Name when prompted and click OK. You will be asked your Account Security Question. |

Answer your Account Security Question correctly and click OK. |

You will be able to reset your password by typing a new password. You must enter the new password twice to confirm the spelling. |

Click Change Password to save your changes. |

7 |
You will be prompted to Sign On again using your Screen Name and Password. |
